Hey there!! I’m Sarah :)

I am an actor who grew up in the sun of Palo Alto, California. My love of theatre ignited in elementary school, where I played Olive Ostrovsky in a junior version of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and realized I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I grew up as a quiet kid and eventually found my voice through the world of theatre. From making up dances for my parents to singing in front of my entire congregation at my Bat Mitzvah, I have always loved finding every possible opportunity to perform.

In high school, I discovered my love for Shakespeare. In college, my passion only grew. His words and stories intrigued me, and I became drawn to exploring and learning as much as I could about his works and characters. My list of dream roles became full of Shakespeare characters, both male and female.

I aspire to push the boundaries of what women can do in theatre by conveying truth in performances that go beyond traditional gender roles. I am passionate about expressing the diversity in my artistic endeavors through roles like Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof (dir. Tressa Bender), Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet (dir. Jef Awada), and the titular role in Silence (dir. Luna Martin). I am currently completing my BFA in Acting at Webster University’s Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts in St. Louis, Missouri. Off the stage, you can find me doing a puzzle, eating soup, or cuddling my two cats, Cinnamon and Luna.
