Hey there!! I’m Sarah :)
I am an actor and singer who grew up in the sun of Palo Alto, California. My love of theatre sparked in elementary school, where I played Olive Ostrovsky in a junior version of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and realized I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Although I grew up as a quiet kid, I found my voice through the world of theatre, and was able to gain confidence in myself along the way. From making up dances for my parents to singing in front of my entire congregation at my Bat Mitzvah, I have loved finding every opportunity I can to perform. Throughout my journey, I have discovered a desire to push the boundaries of what women can do in theatre. I am passionate about proving that I can not only play roles like Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof (dir. Tressa Bender), but also Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet (dir. Jef Awada), and Silence in Silence (dir. Luna Martin). I am now finishing up my BFA in Acting at Webster University’s Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts in St. Louis, Missouri. If not in a rehearsal room or on stage, you can find me doing a puzzle, eating soup, or cuddling my two cats, Cinnamon and Luna.
